With a career beginning in 1975 as a P.G.A. golf professional, then followed by the  development of a number of small business ventures, such as a syndicated radio network and an advertising agency. Between 2001 and 2010, Tim worked with Sea Tow Services International as National and Regional Director of Franchise Development and finally Vice President of Franchise Development and Sales.

Since 2010 BDC Group has become one the largest users of Constant Contact, the email marketing platform. Currently, BDC Group sends approximately 1.5 million emails each year with a “open” rate of  over 40%. This represents a level more than double national average. This astounding results is due the high quality of the content that is developed by BDC Group.
